We recognize that certain situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Service Satisfaction

We are dedicated to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction with the services rendered. If you find that the service delivered does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. Our team will collaborate with you to address the issue and explore appropriate resolutions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Compliance with Project Specifications: The delivered service does not align with the specifications or requirements as detailed in the mutually agreed-upon project scope.
  • Irremediable Issues or Defects: Significant issues or defects within the software or service that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Failure to Meet Delivery Timeline: The service was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, provided that the delay was not caused by factors beyond our control.

Additionally, specific refund eligibility criteria apply to courses or training programs offered in collaboration with ITBI, CUET:

  • Non-Participation in Courses or Training Programs: Customers who enroll in a course or training program offered in collaboration with ITBI, CUET, and do not commence participation in any classes, are eligible for a refund. The request for a refund must be submitted within the applicable refund period as stipulated in the course-specific terms and conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are inherently non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for consultation services.
  • Custom Software Development: Where a substantial portion of the work has been completed.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs or services incurred from third parties during the development process.

 

Additionally, specific Non-refund eligibility criteria apply to courses or training programs offered in collaboration with ITBI, CUET:



  • Participation and Access to Course Materials: Once a customer begins attending a course or training program offered in collaboration with ITBI, CUET, and has accessed the course materials available on our platform, the enrollment is considered fulfilled and is, therefore, non-refundable. By accessing the course materials, the customer acknowledges that they have received a significant portion of the service, which renders the refund request ineligible.
4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at mail.diligite@gmail.com with the details of your request. Our team will review your submission and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Partial Refunds

In scenarios where only a segment of the service is deemed unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be issued. This refund will correspond to the portion of the work that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or requirements. Partial refunds will similarly be processed within 7-10 business days following approval.

6. No Refund Policy

In circumstances where a service is classified as non-refundable, or where no refund is applicable, this will be explicitly communicated to the client prior to the commencement of the service. Additionally, if a specific service is subject to a no-refund or no-cancellation policy, this will be clearly stated in the service agreement.

7. Changes to This Policy

Diligite reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
